James Lowell Richardson (b. June 12, 1909, Nebraska City, Neb.-d. Jan. 20, 1987, San Francisco, Calif.), U.S. Army officer, graduated from West Point in 1930. His early assignments included with the 19th Infantry and the military police in Hawaii. During World War II, he served with the 70th Infantry Division in Europe, and afterwards was stationed in the Philippines for two years.
